Key Account Manager (m/f) based in Hong Kong

As Key Account Manager (m/f) your main task is to work as part of the international specification team, creating sales and project specifications with architects, designers, property developers and hotel operators as well as construction companies. Your responsibility is to influence each specification and maintain contact throughout the process from specification to order. Constantly visiting our customers, educating them about our brand, product portfolio, project references and material advantages is a key part of your role, as well as building strong relationships with major architects and design houses across Asia Pacific region. You are responsible for creating and exploring new opportunities by screening market trends and channelling back the information to the Sales Director APAC as well as our headquarters in Germany. You maintain our CRM system and actively share the information with relevant Project Sales Managers across the world. Therefore, you can offer an excellent customer support and after sales service.

You have a university degree in either design or (international) business. You have highly developed sales competences and sales experience in the sanitary industry or with an internationally active architect or design house. You are self-motivated and ambitious, have an established network to develop business relations and achieve results. Therefore, you have an outgoing personality and you work passionately in sales and with customers. Your strength is your focus and well-organized thinking, your good time management skills as well as engaging conversation skills. Your high flexibility and open-mindedness distinguishes you. You are willing to travel within Asia Pacific and to Germany for meetings or exhibitions. You fluently speak Cantonese and English and at best are also able to communicate in Mandarin.
